Bring the problem you keep pushing to next week. We build the fix together in Claude or ChatGPT. Often it is running before we hang up. When it is not, you leave past the hard part with a clear next step.

What one hour with me looks like.
A real problem from your week, moved forward while we are on the call. Some clients call this AI coaching. Either way, we build together. Four from this year, without names:
A conference scout that runs itself
Runs on the first of each month, scores events by buyer fit and cost, and saves a ranked list to Google Drive.
One task list across two companies
Two calendars synced, a project per client, a morning update and an end-of-day review on laptop and phone.
A small brain for every client
Projects and skills set up in Claude, one brain per active client, and a research routine for prospect prep.
A second brain, off Evernote
Tool chosen, folders designed, daily and weekly tasks scheduled, and the Evernote exit planned.
A marketing agency’s client workflow, one GPT at a time.
It started with an assessment: every AI opportunity in one spreadsheet, sorted into quick wins, high-value plays, and foundational work. Then I built 14 custom GPTs with the team. Eight of them hand work down a chain, from first research to a project plan in Asana.
The GPT Factory reads a client’s strategy and messaging decks and writes that client’s own content GPTs.
Built for people who run the whole show.
This is for you if
- You run your own practice or a small team, and your calendar runs you.
- You use AI for writing and want it to remember things and work on a schedule.
- You want to understand what you run so you can change it yourself.
Look elsewhere if
- You want a shared system for a whole team. That is Crys Clear AI for GTM.
- You want autonomous agents loose in your inbox. I build supervised work you can check.
- You need someone to own AI across departments. That is a fractional chief AI officer seat.
Four ways to work together, priced up front.

Bring the problem. Leave with the fix.
Book a fit call
Thirty minutes, free. Tell me what you keep pushing to next week and I will tell you which format fits.
Build it together
I teach for a few minutes, you drive for most of the hour, and we test it before we stop.
Keep it
You get a recap with every prompt and file. Nothing is locked inside my accounts.

An AI consultant who builds it with you.
Many AI consultants stop at a roadmap. I started as a programmer, then spent my career leading marketing and operations, most recently as a fractional CMO for B2B SaaS companies. My own practice runs on the same kind of system I build with clients.
I teach this in public too: instructor for Pavilion’s AI in GTM School and lead instructor for Women in AI Labs. Watch a talk before we ever meet.
Questions people ask before hiring an AI consultant
How much does an AI consultant charge?
Independent AI consultants mostly charge $150 to $350 an hour in 2026. My working session is $350 for 60 minutes.
Published 2026 rate guides put fractional chief AI officers at roughly $5,000 to $20,000 a month, and most implementation firms start projects at $5,000 to $10,000. My rate sits at the top of the independent range because we build during the session. Packages and retainers are in pricing.
Should I hire an AI consultant, a fractional chief AI officer, or train my own team?
One person who wants their own systems working needs a consultant. A team needs training. A company that needs someone accountable for AI across departments needs a fractional chief AI officer.
My AI Advisor retainer sits in the middle: a senior advisor twice a month, without the cost of an executive seat. For a team of up to ten, the six-week Crys Clear AI for GTM program builds a shared brain the whole team runs.
Can you implement AI, or only advise?
I implement. Every session works on something real in your own accounts.
That includes Claude and ChatGPT projects, skills, scheduled tasks, connectors to tools like Google Drive, HubSpot, and Granola, and second-brain folders on your computer. Larger custom software builds are scoped separately.
How do I know if I’m ready for AI consulting?
If you can name one task that eats your week, you are ready.
Not sure where to start? Score the friction in your week with the free AI Priority Finder and bring the top result to a fit call.
What’s the best way to train an executive team to use AI?
Have each person build something for their own job, with help close by.
For a leadership team, I run working sessions where each executive builds one workflow against their own work, followed by office hours so nobody stalls. Ask about it on a fit call.
Is my client data safe?
You decide what the AI can see, and we set that up on purpose.
We check that model training is off, keep passwords and API keys out of anything the AI reads, and keep sensitive client files in folders it never touches. For the most sensitive material, a model running on your own computer is an option.
Do I need to be technical?
No. If you can set up a new laptop, you can do this.
You will install one or two free programs and type a few things. I explain each step so you can repeat it.
What do you keep pushing to next week?
Bring it to a free 30-minute fit call. We will pick the right format, and you will leave with at least one idea you can use that afternoon.
