Signature Programs

Programs your team can book directly. Each one ends with your people running something real, not holding a page of notes.

Flagship · Six-Week SeriesNo. 1

Crys Clear AI for GTM

Foggy → Focused → Crystal Clear

Six weeks from AI-curious to AI-operational, built around your team, your data, and your tools. Your team maps where the hours really go, builds a shared Business Brain, ships marketing and sales workflows that run on Monday, and vibe codes a working GTM tool by week five. Week six turns it all into habits with a 90-day roadmap. Every session ends with something running.

Best for  GTM teams of up to 10, virtual   |   Includes  Pre-work calls with team leads, six live sessions, office hours after every session    See the full program →
WorkshopNo. 2

Vibe Coding

The most requested workshop on this page. Your team ships a real, working app before the session ends, no code background needed. Fair warning from every past cohort: the first build is imperfect on purpose. Iterating is the skill.

Best for  GTM teams, operators, community groups   |   Recently at  Pavilion AI in GTM School, Women in AI    Watch a session →
Public SeriesNo. 3

AI Isn’t Magic

A hands-on public series that keeps up with the news. Whatever AI just did this month becomes the session, with zero hype and zero jargon. Your audience leaves with things they can try the same afternoon.

Best for  Libraries, community organizations, associations   |   Running now  Loveland Public Library, every other month, four dates in 2026
Multi-Session LabNo. 4

Generative AI Fundamentals Lab

A guided lab in two movements. First your people set up an AI that truly knows their work: Projects, Skills, and custom GPTs loaded with their context. Then they make it repeatable, with connectors and scheduled runs that handle routine work the same way every time. Nothing autonomous and no agent hype, just dependable AI that works the way it was set up to.

Best for  Teams and communities moving from curiosity to capability   |   Recently at  Women in AI Colorado, delivered as “Build Your AI Assistant: A Foundation Lab”
Mainstage KeynotesNo. 5

The Jobs Aren’t Disappearing — They’re Shape-Shifting

The future of work talk that swaps dread for a plan: what changes, what does not, and how your people stay indispensable.

Best for  Associations, company all-hands    Watch it →

Think Like a Director, Not a Developer

Nobody needs to write code to build things anymore. Vision and direction are the new technical skills, and your audience already has them.

Best for  Innovation events, GTM teams, builder audiences

GenAI and the Human Spark

Embracing AI without losing our humanity. A warm, clear-eyed talk for audiences who want the upside and intend to stay human while getting it.

Best for  Broad audiences, values-driven organizations

For lighter occasions, ask about How I Used AI to Win Valentine’s Day: a story talk with live demos and a happy ending.

Bring Crys to your stage.

Keynote, workshop, lab, or panel. Tell me about your audience and what you want them walking out able to do. I bring the practical, the tactical, and just enough of the big picture to make it stick.

Program Notes

Booking Notes

The questions every program committee asks before they pick up the phone. Straight answers, then the recordings.

What does Crys Black speak about?

Practical AI for go-to-market teams, taught by someone who ships it. Keynotes on how jobs are shape-shifting, how to think like a director when you work with AI, and what stays human in a GenAI world. Workshops and multi-week labs on vibe coding, generative AI fundamentals, and AI in the marketing motion. Audiences are founders, revenue and marketing leaders, women in tech, and community groups that want a straight read on AI.

What formats does Crys offer?

Four. A 30 to 45 minute keynote, a 60 to 90 minute interactive workshop, a half-day or full-day working session, and a six-week program (Crys Clear AI for GTM) for teams that want to leave AI-operational. Every format includes live demos with real tools. In person along the Front Range, or virtual anywhere. I will tell you which format fits your room and your goal, even when the answer is the shorter one.

How do I book Crys Black?

Book a 20-minute call or email crys@crysblack.com with the date, audience, and the outcome you want. I confirm within two business days. For a program committee, the speaker one-sheet has bio, headshots, talk descriptions, and past stages. Recordings of most talks are in the screening room below, so you can hear the delivery before you commit.

What does it cost to book Crys?

Community and nonprofit groups along the Front Range are usually free or travel-only, because that is how I built this practice. Corporate keynotes, workshops, and off-sites are quoted by format and prep, with the six-week program priced as a team engagement. Ask on the booking call; the number depends on audience size, customization, and whether your team gets hands-on time with the tools.

Who has Crys Black spoken for?

Forty-three engagements since 2019 for organizations including Pavilion, Grace Hopper Celebration, University of Denver, Colorado Startup Week, Boulder Startup Week, HackingHR, Loveland Public Library, Rocky Mountain AI Interest Group, and Women in AI Labs, where I am lead instructor. The logo wall and the year-by-year list below are the full record, with links to eighteen recordings.
